what is isomerism exactly? can anyone give me examples other than in carbon compounds?

2 or more organic compounds which hav the same molecular formula but diffrent structures are called isomers...n this whole concept is called isomerism

NCS and SCN are the other examples.............
usually in coordination compounds also u find isomerism...... as u neede other than carbon compounds..... but thats not organic :)
