markonikovs rule states that the negative part of unsymmetrical reagent adds to the less hydrogenated (mre substiuted ) carbon atom of double bond... And according to the modern version of this rule electrophilics addition to carbon carbon double bond involves the rearrangement (1,2-hydride shift) to get mre stable carbocation...
