Electrophiles are electron deficient, so neutral electrophile will be with incomplete octet, e.g., AlCl3, BeCl2, SO3, Nucleophiles are electron eich species, so neutral nucleophiles are those which have lone pair of electrons, e.g., H2O:, :NH3, RO:H, RN:H2

an electrophile is a speices that is electron deficient and hence seeks the nucleophillic center. It can bear a positive charge when broke heterolytically. It can also have an incomplete octet

electrophiles are electrom lovers they may either have a charge as in H+ or be neutral as in AlCl3 they r lewis acids neucleophiles r electron haters they r proton acceptors (they accept +ve charge) ther r lewis bases they ,may be neutral as in NH3(lone pair) they may have -ve charge OH- look its easy!!all the best
