my coching teacher says its donating but in many books it is withdrawing
caus -I effect but i think it is donating while it shows R-effect...to what shud i giv priority?

-O has a lone pair which will resonate...thus it shows +R effect .But it also -I effect but not comparable to the +R effect.Hope u got it...
