are u sure the formulaes are correct 'cos i dont think that one C can accomodate 2 OH- ions

i think the order will be
3< 2<4<1........
the alkyl groups decrease reactivity but increase stability......
since more the alkyl grps more the +i effect.......
and chlorine on the other hand will create a - i effect hence decreasing stabilty.....
that's my take ...
i'm open to corrections......
