Is there any way to decide whether secondary alkyl hallide undergo SN1 or SN2?

if the solvent is aprotic and non ionisable it is SN2 and if it is protic and ionisable it is SN1

If strong Nucleophile is taken, it's SN2 . But there is no such need of any Nucleophile in SN1 because it's of I order and do not depend on concentration of Nu.

Strong and less stericly hindered nucleophile will go for SN2 reaction whereas weak and more hindered will go for SN1
