hey its simple A>B>C
 
see remove H+ from the carbon sandwiched between the two C=O groups now in A the negative charge on the carbon is in resonance with two C=0 groups and in B  the negative charge formed is in resonance with only one C=O and in 3rd there is no conjugation as they are not in the same plane!!!
