plz let me know best book for organic chemistry which can be completed in less time.

look u can use arihant publications but 4 less time it is advised to solve the previous years question papers

any book will go.....try to do as many que .....give main stress to GOC...

reac mech, stability of intermediates,order of acidic &basic strengths.......

first decide what less time means ?
otherwise for time of the order 1 month , if u already know the stuff , then practice previous years papers along wid doing the NCERT .
if u r new to it , then wud suggest that u go thru PETER SYKES a short and concise book

The choice of book will differ from person to person. Use any standard book- Morison & Boyd ; and Finar are very good books. Of which in Finar you will get every reaction; because for organic chemistry the questions are based on reactions, so you can rely on Finar.

Soloman, Wade are another good bokks. Arihant is also good.

For organic chemistry a lot of practice is essential, book is not that important, almost all books give the same information. Have faith in whatever book you are using, pay more attention on understanding the subject.There is no point in merely collecting every available book/ or suggestions from friends/seniors; similarly serching on net is good, but not wasting time over it. Study hard, my best wishes are with you.

See U can go for Morrison and Boyd as I am also referring the same book and I am well satisfied with it.Rest U can go for OP tondon also.

peter sykes is the best book for organic he has given the description in a very good manner only in 400 pages
