why potassium carbonate can not be prepared by solvay process?

Potassium Carbonate can not be prepared by Solvay process because Potassium Carbonate being more soluble than Sodium Bicarbonate does not get precipitated when CO2 is passed through a conc solution of KCl saturated with ammonia
