the priority is judged on the basis of first point of difference. the atom which has higher atomic no. gets 1st priority.in case of isotopes(e,gH&D) we give 1st priority to higher mass hence OH ll get 1st prior(atomic no. of O >C)

arre dear, first atom in benzene is C whereas in OH it is O.ther4 OH gets higher priority(this rule is applied when doing RS config) RULE OF FIRST POINT OF DIFFERNCE
