SN2 reaction due to that is primary halide

It should give SN2 only as the alkyl halide is primary and second reason is the carbocation( required for SN1) is not stabilized.

I know that primary alkyl halide gives sn2 reaction...but i want to know abt solvent sn2 require a strong nucleophile but the given solvent methnol supports sn1 reaction...shouldnt we take solvent into consideration??
