Do we get an allylic chloride, or does the reaction follow Markovnikov or Anti-Markovnikov rule?

Eg. $C{H}_{3}-CH=C{H}_{2} + SO{Cl}_{2} ---->$ $C{H}_{3}-C{H}_{2}-{CH}_{2}-Cl$ OR ${CH}_{3}-CH(Cl)-{CH}_{3}$ OR ${CH}_{2}=CH-C{H}_{2}-Cl$ ??

ie according to ur example it shud be

CH2=CH-CH2-Cl
