organic is one of the best subjects in jee syllabus best part is  it is very difficult to forget once you have done it well like mechanics , anyways try doing hydrocarbons , basics from ncert and  Carbonyl compunds (Oxygen) NCERT and basics chapter first  these are relatively important but with new pattern every chapter is importnat concentrate more on mechanism and how reaction is taking place

a tip : See how  Sn1 , Sn2 , E1 , E2 reactions happen do it thoroughly most reactions fall either into one of them and this greatly simplifies learning large number of mechanisms.
 and do basics well

Multiple readings of ur notes helps a lot, revise the notes , if not possible daily, then on alternate days. And try to recall similar reactions when u go through the mechanisms of any reaction. Then try to solve the questions of any practice book like arihant. It'll help u a lot in fixing up the rxns in ur mind.
Give more importance to mechnisms and try to revise them frquesntly, and also their intermediates. Sometimes, they can take the hell out of u.
And plz dont create a phobia for the topic. that'll stop u from working on it.  If u cant understand it once, read it again and again, clarify ur doubts then and there, no matter how stupid or rubbish they r.
The subject is with u in the exam if u r with it for two whole years. so, try working on it.
Cheers
