None

what will be eliminated when ammonia derivatives such as nitro group is added to alkanes and then catalysed with hydronium ion?

The question is not clear, what you are referring by ammonia derivatives such as nito group attached to alkane? But I suppose it is all about hydrolysis of nitroalkanes.

Primary nitroalkanes when treated with boiling HCl or 85% H2SO4 undergo hydrolysis to form a carboxylic acid and the salt of hydroxylamine.

RCH2NO2 + HCl/H2O .......>RCONHOH .....> RCOOH + NH2OH.HCl

In contrast secondary nitroalkanes unpon hydrolysis with boiling HCl give a ketone and nitrous oxide.

2 R2CH-NO2 + HCl .......> 2R2CO + N2O + H2O

tertiary nitroalkanes generally do not undergo hydrolysis with HCl.
