When u boil egg,the excess temperature is used to raise the internal energy of the egg and therefore the liquid portion of the egg condenses to the white and the yellow part......

i think its written in ncert that it is coagulated.....its protein structure is destroyed due to denaturation...

the protiens present in egg molecule get denatured....due to coaguklation..

Oye its easy. See the peptide linkages are formed by the loss of a water molecule. During denaturation, those peptide linkages are broken and the molecules of amino acids formed absorb that water molecule again.
Second reason cud be- Chicken must hav drunk the water in the egg.

its nt like that its becoz of coagulation of the protein. its 100% sure.

baby ramdev's second answer is definitely correct....... arre bhai chicken ko bhi to pyas lagti hai......
hehehehehehehe
actually proteins get denatured during boiling and water molecules present get entangle between those large bulky protein molecules.......

@tarin during denaturation , the primary structure remains intact. this means that the sequence of nucleotides does not change , i.e. the peptide bonds do not break. so is ur first answer correct?

The water molecules get adsorbed on the denatured proteins through hydrogen bonding.......

its due to denaturation of proteins.when the egg is boiled ,the soluble globular proteins presnt in it denature resulting in the formation insoluble fibrous proteins(the white mass after boiling)
