hey i dont think nitro benzene has greaterdipole moment asit experiences pulling from phenyl group and nitro group.so some of the dipole moment gets cancelled .i think its phenol where it experiences pulling inonly 1 direction(from phenyl group)
hope this helps
do correct me if m wrong

shudnt chlloroethane hav grtr dipole momnt dan chloromethane .. as ethyl has grtr plus I effct dan methyl
2 chloroethane bcuz.. alkyne is is also electronegative so the moments get canceled to some extent
3 nitrobenzene.. as NO2 is highly electronegative... more dan all oter grps in qn atleast..
