which is the minimum bond dissociation energy??? please help....?? really need help....

The average bond energy of methane is the mean of four bond energies,

viz.

H3C--H ,  H2C--H  ,  HC--H  ,   C--H

Which of these dissociations has the minimum bond dissociation ebergy??

These are homolytic cleavages and Ive not shown the single electron of carbon left after the cleavage.

The answer is the last option, i.e. C--H...

I don't understand how??? Please explain....
