thank you for your advice. I have considered Target-IIT offered by Brilliants Tutorials. But, they only have a good problem set without much emphasis on basics. The basic point is that she is quite a bright child. She is in CBSE syllabus in which math exposure is very dilute. For example, they teach logarithms, functions, GP only in 11/12th class. The postal coaching will cover those topics, but she may not have a good grasp of the fundamentals.
Now, I studied in Ramaiah Coaching before doing my IIT and the teachers there emphasise basics a lot and so I feel it is not good to compromise on that.

however, you can also consider subscribing the child to one of those foundation postal courses which many top coachings offer for students on class ix & xth so that their basics can be prepared for the competitions including the olympiads.
just a small pointer, please try to encourage the student as it seems you are, but do make sure to choose the teacher very carefully as early exposure to concepts does create a phobia amongst students at times [as seen before in a few cases] which takes a long time to shrug off the child.
cheers
