Actually , shortcuts are to be developed by your own understanding of the question.By thinking before you solve , you can see what route you shall take to find your solution and improvise on it.
Please don't make a list of "quick-solve " formulas , they'll never help you.
For Maths , I'd suggest Calculus and Algebra by Anurag Trivedi.
The book is for JEE Mains , but is the best book , as far as concepts are concerned. Not only that , the book is quite colorful and has great diagrams.Would definately recomm. it.
Also , for die-hard Maths fans , I'd suggest "JEE Mathematics " by Dr. KD Joshi , who was a Sr. Maths Prof at IIT-B.

Though not shortcut but u can get great help through arihant publications maths book series-
-Differential calculus
-Integral Calculus
-Algebra
-For co-ordinate and trigo there is no book better than S.L. Loney's
Apart from these u can revise through TMH Mathematics.
The more u will practise, the more shortcuts u will get to discover.
All The Best!!

i'll tell u a better way..understand the concepts well and try to solve subjective problems and u yourself will discover lot of problem solving methodology(shortcuts) most of which arent found in any std book...even if they are present in any of these books u wont be able to mug it up coz there are thousands of it!!!
