The correct answer should be 4.
H3O+ is the most unstable of the four and gives H+ to form a neutral species so is the most acidic.
HSO3F gives H+ to be stabilized by resonance and inductive effect of F and so is the second most acidic.
u have to agree that iv is stronger than iii ..and also that i is the weakest kahani khatm..option d ......as h30+is most acidic of them all
