can any one of u give me detailed information about this question
 
why vegetables are not boiled properly at hill areas (Himalayas)

For Cooking Food We need hot water mostly above 100degree Celcius
But
Due to Low Pressure In the Himalayan Region as We go to Higher Altitudes Atmospheric Pressure Decreases Which Decreases The boiling Point of Water Hence Water Boils before reaching 100degree celcius as A Result Food is not Cooked Properly.
