Hint: Calculate the Bond order for each of the molecules. Greater the bond order, small the bond length.
No of electrons in O and N are 8 and 7 respectively, moreover, account for the negative and positive charges properly.

But bond order can be decided only for diatomic molecules, triatomic and quadatomic ke liye how do we find out?

the same way as done for molecules whose no. of e is more than 14.....just cal the tot no of e and get bond order....higher the BO more stable implies less bond length as posted by karthik..
