the alfred rochow scales formula is

.359Z\r^2 + .744 where Z is the effective nuclear charge.

now put the values in the equation and get the ans.

q2)ALLRED ROCHOW ELECTRONEGATIVTY is calculated as follows
=.359*(z*)/rcov^2 +.744
where z*=effective nuclear charge=z-    rcov=covalent radii expressed in angsroms                     =screening constant
=2*.85+6*.35=3.8  z*=9-3.8=5.2
Hence  works out to be .8077
