NO of e- = No of electrons present in 1 molecule of CH4 * molecules of CH4
             = 10 * .1 NA
             = NA

NA is Avogadro's number...

HOPE U GOT IT...

Here's the answer
moles of CH=1.6/16  =1/10=0.1
now molecules of CH4 =0.1 X 6.02 X 1023
Now 1 molecule of methane  has 16 electrons
so 0.1 X 6.02 X 1023 has  0.1 X 16 X 6.02 X 1023 electrons
= 1.6 X 6.02 X 1023

given mass of methane[CH4]=1.6 g
no.of moles of methane=(1.6/16)    [since no.of moles=given mass/molar mass]
                                  =0.1
since one carbon atom[E.C.=2,4] has 6 electrons, and four hydrogen atoms[E.C.=1] have four electrons,
therefore
no.of electrons in one mole of methane=6+4
                                                           =10
total no.of electrons in given mass=10*0.1*6.023*1023
                                                  =6.023*1023 electrons
