See I am taking one assumption that you have written 24.2 cm of hg (murcury ) .

solution :-

Value of  R = 8.314 J K^-1 mol^-1

value of pressure (should be in KPa) :-  760  mm of hg = 1atm pressure == 101325 pa = 101.325 KPa

                                                                         24.2 cm == 242 mm = 101.325 * 242/ 760 Kpa = 32.26Kpa

Volume = ? Litre

n (mol) = 5.25 / 14 (atomic mass of nitrogen) = .372

T = 26 c = 26+ 273 Kelvin = 299 ===== 300 K ( forr calculation)

Now

PV = nRT

V = (.372*8.314 * 300)/ (32.26) = 29 L approx ...
