why SH6 , HFO4 , FeI3 do not exist.Please give the explanation

S is more electronegative than H and S has oxidation numbers from +6 to -2..so SH6 is not possible..F doesnt have vacant d-orbitals for forming covalent bonds with the 4 O atoms and HFO4 so doesnt exist.. FeI3 doesnt exist as I' is less electronegative compared to Cl and Fe+3 oxidises I- to I2
