for proton e/m = 1/1 =1
for alpha particle = 2/4 = 1/2= 0.5
therefore ratio of specific charge of proton to alpha particle = 1/0.5 =2

e/m from proton is 1.6*10^-19 / 1.27* 10^-27

and for alpha particle is 2 * 1.6*10^-19 / 4 * 1.27*10^-27

so the answer u want is

4/2 = 2
