actually, 4s and 3d orbitals have energy quite near to each other
but since we remove the electrons first from 4s and then 3d, i think 4s has more energy..

yup
3d has more energy
see while filling the orbitals the one with lowest energy is filled first
now we know that 4s is filled first followed by 3d
so the answer is 3d
and u can also check it by using n+l rule as other have said
and regarding the removing of e it is first remove from 4s( as all know) coz the removing is done from outermost orbit
as 4s is the outermost orbit compared to 3d, the e is first removed from it
3d has more energy
