Equivalent Weight?
Engineering Entrance , Medical Entrance , AIPMT , JEE Main , AIIMS , JEE Advanced , Chemistry , Physical Chemistry

I have not really understood equivalent weight. Especially of a  compound. They say that eq wt. of a compound is Mass / n factor, where n factor is total charge on any one element when it breaks up.. But then in reactions when i use this formula i get the wrong answer. And RCM somehows gets the answer and looking at the solution some other equivalent weight has been used! Please help
