1M = n1/0.1 => n1 = 0.1
similarly n2 = 0.4 , n3 = 0.9
total no. of moles of HCl = 1.4
1M = 1.4 / x => x = 1.4L of water shd be added.

am i right?
!!!!!!!!!!!!!
