Fresh milk has a pH of 6. How do you think the pH will change as it turns into curd?Exlpai

curd is more acidic than milk n since stronger the acid lower the ph quantity, its ph will decrease . curd has lactic acid in it.

yes pH of milk will definitely change as it turns to curd...........due to lactic acid formation,,,its pH decreses
|

Bacteria that convert milk into curd produce LACTIC ACID .since lesser the pH more is the substance acidic.So curd is more acidic than milk. RATE IF USEFUL.

due to e-colli bacteria tge milk is converted to curd as there is lactic acid is found in curd the pH will obiviously decerease.

As the milk will go on turning into curd its conc. of lactic acid will go on increasing, so
it' pH will decrease

milk is turned into curd due to the presence of lactobacillus that convert milk into LACTIC ACID.
The ph value of acids are lower .
therefore the ph value of milk decreases and falls below 6
