Good Chemistry Books

Engineering Entrance , Medical Entrance , AIPMT , JEE Main , AIIMS , JEE Advanced , Chemistry , Physical Chemistry

I wanna know if I should go for d book - Iit Jee Problems in Physical & Inorganic Chemistry by N Avasthi ( Shri Balaji ) (OR) P Bahadur's Iit Jee Physical Chemistry Numerical problems & Solutions ( Shri Balaji ) ? but I don't noe which to buy . Are the physical chem problems in that N Avasthi book as gud as d ones in P Bahadur???

see they both are very different.........P. bahadur starts from basics and sodium sir's book is meant for when u have sufficient knowledge of the topic......it is preferred that u do sodium sir book after u have sufficient confidence in that topic......

P.Bahadur is the best one for JEE , only refer to one book , try to keep the number of books to minimum as each book has , more or less , the same material.All the Best :)

dude see i own rc mukherjee,p bahadur(gr bhatla and balaji both) as well as n avasthi.n avasthi and ms chauhan(both balaji pub.) both contain too many questions irrelevant for iit jee.same is the case with p bahadur.rc mukherjee is a little better than both of them.moreover seeing the decreasing standard of chemistry in past 2-3 years in jee i would recommend you doing some good coaching center's material.use your time wisely.there is no need to solve problems from n avasthi and p bahadur

@Y2J , bro I don't go for any coaching .... dats y i'm asking abt so many books ..... So now tell me wat do u recommend now ???

yes, u got it correct.....first finish the dlp material of any coaching u have and then proceed for sodium sir's book.......OR...........if u don't have any material, then go for P.Bahadur, but u must be selective and then only go for sodium sir's book if u r left with more time........

adi i have always said that every book is good if u do it logically and completely....don't confuse urself with lots of books.....P.Bahadur has slight edge over O P tandon....and RCM has slight edge over P. Bahadur....
