Hi everybody, I am a student of 11th class. I became serious abt IIT a few days back . Till now I have done only NCERT. I wanna do IIT at any cost with good position. How should I proceed? I am not a very brilliant student so I am tense n worried wheather I will able to do what I want in just one year. I am thinking of taking coaching in 12th class. Very worried , how I will manage everything ? By the way , some people say it is not necessary to take coaching . But I think it is necessary becoz it will provide us proper guidance. We will be able able to study in a systematic way in the right direction. What's ur take on this? Plz provide me with the best possible guidance. Thanks in advance 4 ur advice.

Hi Friend
I think i dont have to say anything here. You are absolutely on the right direction. Just have a great confidence in yourself and lets go for it. Hardly matters if it takes one more year. It will pay you off.
Best of luck

but I want to prepare for IIT in one year . Can I still secure good position in IIT by just studing in 12th class becoz I am taking one year course. See, I want to study seriously with full dedication, So beside FIIT JEE notes I want good books . I don't want to waste time on books for which I will have to repent afterwards . So could u tell me what are the best books in all the three subjects.

hey buddy, you need not worry too much for iit.i know instances of students clearing iit even after 7 -8 months of hardwork.but you ll have to work damn hard and hav to be regular.
it is not necessary to join a coaching but you must join all india test series of any good institute(eg FIITJEE) so as to assess your performance on all india basis.
go ahead and crack iit.jst be kool.
