None

In an equilibrium,2So2+02=2So3,at equilbrium,there were 2 moles of So2,1 mole of O2 and 2 moles of So3If the moles of So3 at equilibrium is to b increased to 3,how many moles of Oxygen are to be added??

Let you add x moles of O2.

InitialSO2 = 2

O2 = 1

SO3 = 2

FinallySO2 = 2-1 = 1

O2 = x+1-0.5= x+0.5

SO3 = 2+1 = 3

So 3^2/[(x+0.5)*1^2] = 2^2/[1*2^2] = 1

So x+0.5 = 9

x = 8.5
