in an exothermic reaction :
None

in an exothermic reaction heat is given out, isnt conservation of energy violated....u may say mass defect between the products and the reactants..(it is actually very less and don not contribute to the heat)..??

heat is given out but it contributes to stability that is kinetic energy of constituent molecules is decreased in the process

yes, heat is given out, but total internal energy of system also decreases, hence energy is conserved

The heat given out is difference in internal energy between reactants and products..No extra energy given out ..Energy is conserved
