Hi, Look, isoelectronic species are those species in which the number of electrons [ total ] remain same. Eg : NO [ 15 electrons ] is isoelectronic with O2+ [ 15 electrons ]. Hope you have got it !!!!

Isoelectronic are the species having same number of electrons. Eg. K+,Ca2+,Ar,Cl-,S2- etc. No they don't share any other property, just the fact that they have same no. of electrons.
