hey o.s for Fe is +2 as for H2O and NO we take 0 so overall charge on cordination sphere will be +2 due to -2 coming on SO4
so O.S OF Fe is +2

the ans is +1...................bcoz NO has +1 charge .let oxdn state of Fe be x..........then
x+ 1= 2 => x=+1

the o.s of fe is 3.....as o.s of NO is -1 and that results in 3 o.s of Fe in the compound...............
