Proof is conceptual.

In order to observe motion of any electron , it will have to be seen or in other words, photons will have to hit it. Hitting it will change the position and velocity of the electron. So, its position and velocity at same time can never be determined.

since the size of an electron is so small, its very hard to know about its exact position or velocity simultaneously.suppose one tells you to catch a fly and calculate its velocity simultaneously.wouldn't it be hard for you.similarly, even though we have good technology,we can't see an electron, hence its very hard to find its velocity and know its exact location.
plz rate if useful!!!!!!
cheers

see if you wan't the proof the logic i can give but if you want the derivation of
xp>h/4 i can't be much helpful i have tried the derivation many times but i could not solve the inequality internet says use cauchy-shwarch inequality but i don't know where to fix it
as per the logic when we see a electron it is bombarded by the photon if you wan't  the change in velocity to be less you have to hit it with lower frequency photon so
v becomes less but the x is more as uncertainity in displacement is so when you keep frequency less you keep v less but the increases and x increases so product is constant as for hitting a human with  photon it hardly cause any change...

Yup at our level we can give only conceptual proof. For the real proof U will have to study quantum mechanics in detail.

The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor.

It is during our darkest moments that we must focus to see the light.
