Second Law
None

When gas expands isothermally, we get dq+dw=0. This implies that all the heat is converted into work. This gives 100% efficiency which violated the second law of thermodynamics. Plz explain why....

the IInd law is better than Ist law cos it is the consequence of ist lawit removes anamolies of ist law.Sometimes in calculating thermodyanamic concept of energy it fails iind law but it is only theoretical data. and second law is more correct since it is based on practicle data

Second law says that "For a cyclic process the efficiency cannot be more than carnot efficiency." The key word is cyclic process. When you talk of isothermal process it is not cyclic.
