we got some reaction
 
2 X --------> 3 Y            Eo = 1.5 V   .... Go = 20 J
                                                and
                                 E ( 298 K ) = 3 V ...... G = 50 J
 
now i multiply this whole equation by 2
 
can u tell me the changed or unchanged values of Eo, Go, E , G

no this will not change because these vaules are standard given by IUPAC.for example Fe+2 convert into Fe+3 E O IS 0.77 ,FOR BALENCING IT IS MULTIPLY WITH 6 WHEN REACTS WITH K2Cr2O7 but potential remains the same 0.77.
