Osmotic pressure
P(pi)=CRT
C = concentration or molarity
P=osmotic pressure
here molarity = normality/2 (acidity of H2S04 is 2 & basicity of NaOH is 1)

AS temp. is same R is same therefore
P1=P2 when C/2 = C2 OR C1=2 C2

Osmotic pressure = CRT
C is the concentration
T is the temperature(constant in this case)

Since their osmotic pressures are equal their concentrations are also equal.
Molarity of NaOH = Molarity of H2SO4
                          = Normality/acidity
                          = 4/2
                          = 2 M
