B > Al < Ga > In < Tl

Ga has irregular order coz of the non affective sheilding effect of d-electrons , so the nuclear charge increases

so u can say electrons are tightly held by the nucleus , so ionization energy is high

and Tl has irregular order coz of the same reason.....i.e non affective sheilding of f-electrons.....so I.E of Tl is very high.....
