Use this formula: D= (Pd/Rd*T) + (Pv/Rv*T) where: D = density, kg/m3 Pd = pressure of dry air, Pascals Pv= pressure of vapor, Pascals Rd = gas constant for dry air, J/(kg*degK) = 287.05 Rv = gas constant for vapor, J/(kg*degK) = 461.495 T = temperature, degK = deg C + 273.15
Use the formula and calculate yourself.

hey i just have a doubt check this method given density put volume =22.4ltr=22.4*10^-3 m^3 calculet molar mass from it by multiplying density and volume vapour density=molar mass/2( by formulae) solve do you want me to post the answer???? am i correct???? any contradictions???

u havent specified the units of density so use volume as 22.4*10^3 gm/cm^3 accordingly so that you get the answer in gms which you can divide by 2 to get vapour density i am sure this is the right method check it out and reply!!!! hello???

U CAN ALSO USE DIS V NO PV=nRT WHERE n=GIVEN WEIGHT/GMW HENCE P X M=D X RT SINCE GIVEN IS GASEOUS LET IT OCCUR AT STP CONDITIONS SUBSTITUTING D VALUES V GET 'M' FRM IT V NO M=2 X VAPOUR DENSITY V OBTAIN VALUE OF 'V.D' PLZ DO RATE ME IF IM RITE
