Heat energy is sum of total kinetic energy of the molecules in a system .
Internal energy is made up of no of components such as translational,rotational,vibrational energy,bond energy,electronic energy, intermolecular interaction energy & also nuclear energy.
relation with enthalpy:
H=U+PV,H=heat content.U=internal energy.P=pressure.V=volume.
