I dont know what do u mean by CH4=1 but if it means that this compound's V.D. is 4 times that of CH4, then this ques is pretty simple.
See, Molecular weight = 2 x V.D. Let V.D. of CH4=v Mol wt = 16 therefore v=8 Now the VD of the given substance is 4v = 32
Therefore its mol. wt = 2 x 32 = 64
