Let volume of N/2 solution of H2SO4 be x litre, then volume of N/10 soluton of H2SO4 be (5 - x) litre (As total volume of required is 5 litre. Now, we have to equalize the gram equivalents of the give solutions and required solution, thus we get
Solving for x we get, x = 1.25 litre.
Therefore, vol. of N/2 solutions is 1.25 litre and vol. of N/10 solution will be 5-1.25 = 3.75 litre. Cheers.
