OK I'll explain it
From wiki, the image of the ions are

Note tht
Purple=Sodium atoms
Yellow=Sulphuratoms
Red=Oxygen atoms
As U can see, one sulphur is attached to the Na ions and the other S atom, while the other is attached to the first sulphur atom and the three oxygen atoms
Now simply use the definition of oxidation state and the answer is +5 and -1
