When same species is involved in two different reaction then such equillibrium is called simulataneous equillibriun.
For example consider dissociation of acetic acid. In this H+ ion is involved in two reactions
HAc--> H+ + Ac-
H2O --> H+ + OH-

and remember the equalibrium concentrations of  the common  species


in all the equalibrium will be same !!!!
