nuclear charge is because of the presence of protons
so in a given period no. of shells remain the same whereas the no. of protons go on increasing, so the effective nuclear charge increases

nuclear charge increases since all the electrons are added to same shell.
therefore attraction &nuclear charge increases.

Because along the period no of electrons increases and we know the species are neutral so no of protons also increases and thus no of protons in the nucleus increases. also we know that the shell in which the electrons are present is same i.e no upgradation of shell can be seen

due to this the effectice nuclear charge increases
