A black body is a theoretical object that absorbs 100% of the radiation that hits it. Therefore it reflects no radiation and appears perfectly black.

Emittance is a property of a charged particle beam in a particle accelerator. It is a measure for the average spread of particle coordinates in position-and-momentum phase space.

Hope it helps!!!!!!!!!

when a body observes all the energy  fallen on it and emits all the energy it has observed then it is called a black body . isnt it cool it never keeps some energy for itself. Emittance is energy emitted by a body per unit area
